Where are you located ?
UK
Why is the price in USD ?
Most of the buyers who will purchase from this site are in the USA - or are more used to paying in USD than GBP, as it is the standard currency on many doll accessory sites.
What is this site for ?
Arkaya mainly sells doll items + clothing but also some crafty bits too + takes commissions for art.
How do I buy something on this site?
You choose a section to go in from the 8 buttons at the top, you can buy items + pay via paypal by clicking the 'buy'' button, you can also add more than one item to your shopping cart at a time before checking out, by using the 'add to cart' button.
How do I commission something on this site?
If you want to commission something for a doll, go into the doll clothes portfolio section and choose the item you would like, then right click the 'commission me' link and open the page in a new tab/window - then choose your fabrics + accessories for the options on that page, copy and paste the form into an e-mail and send it to me!
Please be aware when making a commission that there will be a slight delay before dispatch to create the item.
Did you make everything on the site?
No. Some items are factory made and un-official.

How much is shipping/postage in + outside the UK ?
Shipping is FREE and is always included in the cost of an item.
How can I pay for an item ?
If you are outside the UK I can only accept paypal.
Can I pay with a postal order ?
Yes, but only to UK buyers. Please contact me first.
Can I pay with credit card ?
No.
Can I pay with cheque ?
No.

What are those dolls about ?
BJD dolls are posable + customisable dolls from Asia, they are 'ball joint dolls'. Check out http://www.denofangels.com/ an international BJD forum with loads of information + help. Or for a smaller crowd try http://www.angel-unlimited.co.uk/forum/ a UK based BJD disccussion forum.
Do you sell dolls ?
Not yet, but we do plan to stock some in the future.

For one dress we will need about 1-2 week to complete. But often less.

Can I buy 15 + commission items ?
No sorry only 10x commission items per buyer at one time.
Are these items factory made ?
Only some items on this site are factory made. All the doll clothes on this site are made by arkaya on sewing machine, all items are finished by hand, all the doll necklaces are also made by arkaya - by hand.

Not all the pics I sent you are in the 'owner pics' gallery - why ?
This is because they were simmilar to the others sent - or too low quality.

How long until my art will be finished ?
For 1x anime portrait A4 approx 3-4 days. But the time frame does vary - so you will be given an estimate after the commission has been purchased.
